Our Healthy Smiles Club allows individuals and families without dental insurance to receive quality dental care at reduced fees. This plan is designed to help eliminate problems before they happen and make caring for your oral health convenient and affordable. • All exams and necessary x-rays
• 30% OFF ALL DENTAL TREATMENT* completed within 12 months of enrollment

• $260 a year for adults
